To provide the best service for your clients, you need their feedback. You have to know their needs, preferences, and the reasons they chose your services.  Using a customer/client survey form is an extremely effective way to gain information about your clients’ needs and wants because the information comes directly from them.  Don’t wait for a complaint to arise, or hope that your clients won’t experience any problems with your services. Be proactive and keep in contact with past clients.
